Diagnosis

Final tergite in female long (5X as long as width at base) and parallel-sided; frons and vertex yellowish-brown; mesoscutum pale brown; scutellum pale brown with dark brown spots, to dark brown with anterior edge pale brown; propodeum pale brown to dark brown; mesoscutum with strong small meshed reticulation, surface behind setae on midlobe smooth and shiny; scutellum with strong small meshed reticulation; ratio FM/HM = 1.6; fore wing with two admarginal setae.
